Manage (6) contracts related to both the city and county of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health, and the City of Pasadena. Ensure that each contract operates at meets all Housing Quality Standards set by HUD. Manage the operational activities of permanent housing programs within the agency and manage all systems related to security deposits, eviction prevention, rental assistance including payments to landlords.

Directly Supervise: on site case managers; providing bi-monthly group supervision; guidance and training around all case management activities. Curate Monthly Events and Programming Calendar: ensure there is at least 10 hours of weekly programming at each site; coordinate and schedule outings monthly; ensure consistency and efficacy of all groups; facilitate two groups per week at each site.

Individual case management for clients as needed by exploring community resources, providing linkage, and referrals to ensure continuous system of care including case management for in jail programs. Maintain and update client’s files and documentation in accordance with DMH, DHS, or Federal guidelines.

Maintain client files. Advocate for the client when needed. Maintain confidentiality and comprehensive confidential case files. Provide a long-term plan-of-action for each client which includes direct services and referral services, including, neighborhood-based case management, family support, mentorship, etc.
