As a Software Engineer at Holberton School Colombia, I played a key role in guiding participants through a comprehensive program aimed at teaching foundational software development skills. My primary responsibility was to mentor participants as they worked through hands-on challenges and projects on the platform, focusing on C, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL. I provided technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support throughout the process, helping participants build a deep understanding of programming concepts. The program culminated in a final project where participants developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on real-world company requirements, allowing them to apply their skills in practical scenarios. Additionally, I contributed to testing new projects for the platform, ensuring their educational value, and developed internal software tools using the same technologies participants were learning. This role allowed me to both refine my technical skills and gain valuable experience in the field of education within software development.
