I spent time developing group therapy curriculum in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient programs ( IOP) and facilitated group therapy with Eating Disorder patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient program on the topics of Cognitive Behavioral, Body Image, Relational Therapy, Coping Skills development and Eating Disorder Psychoeducation. I developed program structure/curriculum and supervised the education opportunities of mental health interns on effective, evidence-based treatment, counseling theories, group dynamics, and psychotherapy.Liaison between The Healing Connection and Graduate programs-Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential interns with Clinical Director. -Coordination with Graduate programs to match with education benchmarks set forth for students.Supervision of Graduate Interns-Supervision of interns via individual supervision and bi-monthly group supervision.-Supervision of education opportunities to observe, co-lead then lead groups in Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.-Clinical supervision of Bariatric intake assessments that are facilitated by clinical interns.
