Recruited to build out recruiting and hiring practices to ensure speed, equity, and efficiency in our systems while providing a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Partnered with DE&I on strategies to improve brand awareness in underrepresented talent communities and improve representation in hiring.

Recruited post-Series A to design and build global hiring practices and strategies to quickly scale with highly technical talent. Owned the creation of an intentional culture to build alignment around a shared vision and a clear reputation in the talent market. Oversaw the build-out and staffing of every major business function including a world-class R&D department.

Fun side project #2. No longer shall your jerky cravings be sustained with a conglomerate of processed beef parts found next to the Combo's at your local gas station. We use only the highest quality top-round roasts from grass-fed Georgia cattle and the best quality ingredients to make our jerky. Now you can have a delicious, high protein snack and feel good about where it came from. Delicious, Nutritious, ain't nothing Suspicious.

Fun side project that I started with friends in 2007 that has grown into the premiere commercial Holiday decoration vendor in the Southeast.
