• Anchor and Monitoring S&S structure and team • Co-ordinate with production team to arrange the inspection schedule following the customer requitement. • Perform the quality inspection process for inspection finished goods, writing inspection report and COA. • Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications. • Assist with auditing, writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and developing forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data. • Inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings. • Assist to development QA/QC system, develop, and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Verify the production record data are conforming with complete product data sheet. • Document and implement inspection criteria and procedures. • Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution. • Customer’s complaint coordinate • Control of measuring equipment (Calibration). • Other QA/QC duties as directed by the QA/QC Team Leader. • Calculated product loading to ensure optimal inventory management and logistics efficiency.• The container is inspected to prevent transportation-related claims.

• Participate in scheduled inspections and maintenance routines for construction machinery and vehicles.• Learn to identify and address common issues• Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.• Learn about inventory management and the importance of maintaining adequate supplies of spare parts.• Understand and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with heavy machinery and vehicles.
