Plus, I'm just fun to work with.My expertise lies in Hotel Development Advisory, Market and financial Feasibility, Project Capital Raising (greenfield and brownfield), Repositioning, Rebranding and brand Development, Acquisitions, Disposal, and Financial Advisory across the African continent and the Indian Ocean Islands.Funding has been a major challenge in hotel development in Africa, and I have dedicated resources to bridging this gap and delivering scalable solutions for my clients, partners, and stakeholders worldwide.Having worked for both international and local brands in operations and management advisory, I have identified gaps in the African market and have provided tangible solutions through Ankara & Lustar Hotel Management & Advisory, Alliance Hospitality & Management Advisory, and as an advisory board member and judge at the Liv Hospitality Design Awards. I am also an Advisory Board member of the Tourism Professionals Association in Kenya and a mentor at the Rwanda Interview Academy. Most recently, I have worked with JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, a Fortune 500 advisory firm, as an Associate - Advisory - SSA & Indian Ocean.My long-term goal is to create a platform for hotel investors and owners in Africa to access affordable, timely, reliable, and efficient assistance in their hotel ownership journey.
