 property owners; Develop sales and marketing strategies; Provide quality staff leadership, coaching and mentoring; foster an open, team oriented culture; Address staff performance and residential issues within organizational policy and legal framework; Monitor telephone and internet inquires to generate prospective residents; Encourage resident retention by contacting residents from renewal reports.
