It Support Administrator
Current- Providing level 1 support related to hardware, software, computer, and printer-related issues and managing these issues using the Zoho ticketing system.
- Actively responding to the tickets, performing troubleshooting, and escalating unsolved issues to Level 2 technical teams.
- Distribute new-user IT starter package and provide initial user IT orientation.
- Execute asset change tasks and reflect such changes in the appropriate database.
- Troubleshooting Windows, network, drives, and printer issues.
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other authentication systems.
