My position is the conduit for all educational institutions and organizations to businesses. Work-based learning is a leading initiative of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. The benefit of having your company and employees engaged work-based learning is to help meet the needs of your employment gaps. Allowing your staff to volunteer with education allows your employees to feel more connected to their community and help them to build their roots here resulting in retaining your staff.
