Conditions I specialize in include functional and cosmetic lid lifts (blepharoplasty, ptosis repair), browplasty, reconstruction after Moh’s surgery, tearing/epiphora, ectropion/entropion repair, laser skin resurfacing, Botox/neurotoxins, and dermal fillers.

Eye Surgery Trainee

I used a variety of methods including computational image analysis and microscopy to evaluate the role of mitochondrial morphology and function in retinal degenerative diseases such as Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). My training was in both basic science research in pharmaceutical science (drug discovery, development and biological sciences) (PhD) as well as general clinical training (MD).
