I was involved in an ambitious project to create and open a warm and welcoming space for the Warsaw Uprising Veterans. The project was divided into two phases - renovation and operational phase.Among many others, my responsibilities were to ensure compliance with the budget and visual project as well as purchasing medical and non-medical equipment for the future services. After opening, my main task was daily control over the smooth functioning of the facility, PR, cost control, HR and accounting. The costs of renovation and the two-year (2018-19) operation of the facility were covered from the budget of the Capital City of Warsaw and amount to PLN 1.637 million.
