About Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle, Mat

Hi, I’m Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle, and for 22 years I’ve guided thousands of individuals to unlock their potential and live with purpose. My journey has been anything but ordinary, and I know that resonates with many accidental entrepreneurs—those who, like me, didn’t set out to be leaders but found themselves navigating uncharted territory. I’ve built my career on adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to growth. My path includes leadership, coaching, consultancy, and video production—diverse experiences connected by a single thread: helping others craft their stories and succeed on their terms. But let me reintroduce myself. I grew up in a double-wide trailer, vividly recalling times when checks didn’t clear, even for essentials. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of uncertainty and wonder if I had what it took to rise above. I wake up every morning at 4:30, but I’ll admit—some days it takes me 10 minutes of wrestling with doubt to actually get out of bed. Even after all I’ve achieved, I’ve faced my share of fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and financial worry. At one point, my wife and I, living abroad, had to return to the U.S. jobless, with our marriage barely holding on. I’ve also experienced how addiction can shake the foundation of home, work, and relationships. These challenges shaped me, teaching me the power of persistence and reinvention. Today, I dedicate my life to guiding accidental entrepreneurs—those who’ve found themselves running businesses or managing teams without ever planning to. You’re juggling responsibilities, making tough decisions, and building something meaningful, often with little preparation or support. My MissionTo empower human potential by teaching and training mental fitness for peak performance. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - Over 1,000 workshops led and more than 1,000 individuals coached worldwide - Henry County Public Schools Teacher of the Year (2019) - Excellence in Teaching Award from Campbellsville University (2019) SPECIALTIES: - Collaborative Educator - Dynamic Communicator - Systematic Thinker SKILLS: - Mental Strength Teaching & Training - Strategy Development - Peak Performance Coaching Whether it’s helping entrepreneurs craft a vision for their future or guiding teams to unlock their potential, I’m driven by a simple goal: to inspire transformation and help others live their best lives. Your story is still being written. Let’s craft it together. The pen is ready. The ink is wet. Let’s begin it now. ~Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle

  • Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle
    Existential & Lifestyle Coach 🎬
    Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle Jun 2022 - Present
My name is Adam and i’m 39 years old. Over the past 22 years, I’ve guided thousands on their journey to becoming their best selves.Alongside coaching, I have had successful ventures in leadership, consultancy and video production.I live in Fargo, with my wife and two children, enjoying each day with total freedom of time.I wake up every morning at 4:30.So that’s all great, but let me give you the real version of me…Allow me to reintroduce myself.I grew up in a double-wide trailer, vividly remembering times when checks wouldn’t clear the bank account, even to pay for the local paper.I wake up every morning at 4:30, yet at times it can take me a solid 10 minutes to summon up the courage to rise from bed.Even though I’ve done a lot for a 39-year old, it has come with a lot of stress, fear, anxiety, self-doubt and financial worry.I remember a time working abroad, where my wife and I had to move back to the US, jobless and with our marriage hanging by a thread.I have been in the first row experiencing how addiction can make things very tough at home, at work, and with friends.See, I aspire to be someone who isn’t afraid to tell you how to get up from failures and turn them into successes. Now, my purpose is to guide heroes like you.-Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle
