Hi, I’m Adam P. Lugsch-Tehle, and for 22 years I’ve guided thousands of individuals to unlock their potential and live with purpose. But let me reintroduce myself. I grew up in a double-wide trailer, vividly recalling times when checks didn’t clear, even for essentials. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of uncertainty and wonder if I had what it took to rise above. I wake up every morning at 4:30, but I’ll admit—some days it takes me 10 minutes of wrestling with doubt to actually get out of bed. Even after all I’ve achieved, I’ve faced my share of fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and financial worry. At one point, my wife and I, living abroad, had to return to the U.S. jobless, with our marriage barely holding on. I’ve also experienced how addiction can shake the foundation of home, work, and relationships. These challenges shaped me, teaching me the power of persistence and reinvention. Today, I dedicate my life to guiding accidental entrepreneurs—those who’ve found themselves running businesses or managing teams without ever planning to.
