As a registered lobbyist, advocated for federal policies and cost-shared RD&D programs leading to signification market expansion of solar energy markets. As SEIA’s policy analyst, managed and executed several large federal contracts for data collection and analysis; wrote published articles and reports; was instrumental in launching DSIRE, the Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy; managed full time staff and interns.
