Led product from ideation phase to a leading enterprise solution, constantly probing the market and listening to customer feedback.Grew the company to 43 people. Led a large-scale effort to refactor and re-architect rapidly expanding set of SaaS Talent Management applications into a fine-tuned, robust, and scalable Enterprise Solution.
