Ms. Pomeroy is a traffic engineer with Traffic Analysis & Design, Inc. based in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Her primary responsibilities include both intersection and corridor safety studies as well as traffic count data management. Ms. Pomeroy has also assisted with intersection capacity analyses, corridor studies, traffic impact analyses, and development of optimal signal timing plans. Ms. Pomeroy has over 15 years of experience with safety and speed projects throughout the state of Wisconsin, including both corridor and intersection analysis from local roads to the interstate. Ms. Pomeroy has worked closely with WisDOT personnel analyzing state highway corridors, providing Safety Screening Analysis Reports and completing Safety Certification Documents. Proficiency in the use of IHSDM for analyzing roadway safety projects is another skill Ms. Pomeroy brings to the table. Ms. Pomeroy has performed speed studies along several corridors, analyzed the speed data, calculated 85th percentile speeds and recommended safe speed limits for those corridors. In addition to safety and speed study work, Ms. Pomeroy has played an integral role in data collection management and processing count data.
