Consultant to identify and assess funding opportunities for the National Waste Management Policy, under the GEF Trust Fund and other international donors. • Design of the Project "Initial Assessment of the Minamata Convention-Venezuela".• Design and management of the Venezuela National Coordination Unit for the project "Strengthening of National Initiatives and Enhancement of Regional Cooperation for the Environmentally Sound Management of POPs in Waste of Electronic or Electrical Equipment (WEEE) in Latin-American Countries-Venezuela". - Designed and led a training programme for senior government officials on the Green Climate Fund and climate finance mechanisms. - Drafted a technical proposal to create the National Designated Agency to the Green Climate Fund, which was finally created in 2021. - Designed and led the High Level Workshop ‘The Green Climate Fund, an opportunity for the Sustainable Development of Venezuela’, Caracas, 8-9 August 2017.• Wrote the final report: Green Climate Fund, an opportunity to the Sustainable Development of Venezuela.

Responsible for the re-launch of the National Foundation for Environmental Education, the legal and operational updating of the entity responsible for implementing public policies for Environmental Education in Venezuela. Under my leadership, the Foundation obtained an Operational Budget of 270,000 USD, a Project Budget of 390,000 USD, its own income of 150,000 USD and a staff of 51 professionals. In addition, we were able to: - Create the publishing imprint Amalivaca Ediciones, the official publishing house of MINEC, and its inaugural catalogue with 10 publications in print and digital (epub) format. - Organise the 1st literary contest ‘Conicas de la ciudad en Bicicleta’ aimed at promoting the experience of urban mobility by bicycle in Caracas https://cronicasbici.wordpress.com - Coordinate the Environment and Human Rights Chair, in conjunction with the Juan Vives Suriá School of Human Rights. - Create the Sustainable Production and Consumption Fair as a pilot experience for the promotion of SDG #12 of the 2030 Agenda. - Train 3,000 women in Caracas in the production of handmade soap from the recycling of edible oil and finance their projects in partnership with the Women's Bank.

I directly managed the Parkswatch programme and coordinated the Red de Aliados para los Parques Nacionales (RAP), both with a combined budget of 250 million Bs. The RAP created a space for community participation for environmental organisations in Lara State. In coordination with the Centre for Tropical Conservation at Duke University in the USA, I contributed to the design of the Parkswatch methodology and published 17 bilingual reports documenting the conservation status of the National Parks on the website www.parkswatch.org. In addition, I wrote press releases, gave interviews for radio and print media and held regular meetings with representatives of government agencies. I was responsible for the communications strategy that made Parkswatch-Venezuela (parkswatch.org and bioparques.org) the most visited and cited online reference on Venezuela's national parks in 2005 and 2007, which earned us the Excellence Award in the eScience category of the World Summit Award at the UN World Summit on the Information Society. - Contributed with the drafting of the report on the Governance of the Protected Areas System in Venezuela, as part of a Regional Governance Assessment of Andean Protected Areas by IUCN South America. -I participated in the V World Congress of National Parks, Durban, South Africa, participated in the study "Young Conservationists and the Future of Protected Areas Worldwide" and coordinated the workshop "National Parks Allies Network: Building broader support for Protected Areas in Venezuela",
