• Arrange and Organizes the work shift for the controllers• Program and Install client alarms in both Oryx and Cell Secure system• Maintain a daily attendance register for all QRF teams and ensure that all MRT stations are properly manned• Monitor the access control for the controllers• Maintain all the logs of vehicle movements, monitor and review the GEOTAB fleet management system (analyze the fuel consumptions of vehicles/motorbikes and generator and submit the report.• Maintain the records of all alarm signals, Guard Electronic Protection Signals (GEPS) and advice senior management of any exceptional incidents• Generate and submit GEPS reports to the Operation Manager and Technical Manager on a daily basis• Liaise with instructors and organize one day refresher course of MRT team per month.• Select and Train the new control room staffs on the basic activities of the control room
