Key roles and responsibilities:-SPOC for the companies visiting our institute for various Corporate Engagement Activities.-Handling various avenues with the corporates like Corporate Induction, Live Projects, Summer Internships, and Final Placements.-Establishing connections with companies and organizations, researching and identifying potential employers, and building rapport to improve placements year after year.-Devising and implementing strategies to ensure that students can secure suitable employment opportunities and provide constructive feedback to students on their resumes, cover letters, and interviewing skills.-Overseeing the placement process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with employers and students, and coordinating job offers.-Actively working towards establishing new and meaningful relationships with the recruiters and nurturing existing relations with various organizations taking the graph of SIBM-B's placement upwards.

Key Responsibilities:- Handling key corporate engagements such as Leadership series, Guest Sessions, Live Projects, Summer Internships, and Final Placements, thus acting as a bridge between the industry and the institute.- Fostering good relations with senior leaders of the industry and various other stakeholders like HR managers, TA leads, Business heads, etc.- Maintaining and building good relations with the existing organizations and as well as new ones too.- Acting as an account manager of various key accounts of different organizations for the Placement Committee.- Inculcating a shared responsibility of building relations and improvising placements year on year for the institute.
