As SaaS companies grow in scale, there comes a point when sustained high growth can only be achieved through a competent network of resellers / VARs. I was tasked with this unique challenge of creating a meaningful indirect revenue channel for Mettl. In this role, I created and scaled Mettl's channel partner network from scratch. Together with support from the marketing and product team, we built a reseller network in over 20 countries in SE Asia, Middle East, and Latin America, and enabled them to achieve sales success by designing localized sales/marketing playbook for each region.

Worked closely with large businesses, and government bodies to solve challenges around best fit hiring, L&D, training, and education - talent assessment being at the heart of these solutions.

Set up the first inside sales function within Mettl, that sold to international markets. Followed this with a 'feet on street' setup of US Sales office in San Francisco. Led multiple key enterprise deals in Ed-Tech space during this period.
