Provide support to WPSBC’s Outreach team consisting of 14 highly qualified TVI/COMS serving 250 students with visual impairments in more than 35 school districts throughout Western Pennsylvania; Coordinate exceptional programming for the children and families who we serve

Provide high quality evaluations, instruction and reporting for students who are blind and visually impaired in early intervention, preschool and K-12 settings. Passionate about coaching and play-based instruction in early childhood settings; high quality braille and literacy instruction; AT assessment and services; and, assessment and instruction in the expanded core curriculum. More than a decade of experience of utilizing assessment tools including, but not limited to: Educational Functional Vision Assessment, CVI Range Assessment, Learning Media Assessment, ECC Needs Assessment, AT Assessment, and O&M Evaluation. Experience writing compliant and detailed Evaluation Reports, IFSPs and IEPs, and progress monitoring reports for students.

Provided early intervention, vision services to children ages birth-three in Westmoreland, Indiana and Armstrong counties.

I developed, implemented and differentiated curriculum and instruction in an inclusive early childhood setting, in-line with the developmentally appropriate practice recommendations developed by NAEYC and PA KEYS.

Supported communications activities for Bayer’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, including Bayer's Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) partnerships and programs, and Bayer's award-winning, hands-on, inquiry-based science education program, Making Science Make Sense®.
