In the late summer of 2014, I climbed the Gros Piton. Not metaphorically—I literally climbed the second tallest peak - a volcanic spire - in Saint Lucia.While I was hiking, I thought about quitting approximately 500 times (on the low end). But despite the incredibly hot temperature, intense humidity, sheer mental and physical fatigue, and looming dehydration, I kept going, because of my unrelenting motivation and determination. Once I say I’ll do something, I find a way to make it happen.Years later, I continue to put that perseverance to work as the Marketing Manager at Fres-co System USA, Inc. Although I don’t have to climb any mountains, I do have to move plenty of them to get the job done.With my experience to date, I’ve become well-versed in market development, brand management, market research, social media management, product packaging, and digital and traditional advertising, promotions, events, and campaigns, along with project management and the Spanish language.
