Creating AI Software for stress-free restaurant management, allowing restaurant managers and owners to return to their love of food and people.-Accepted into and completed Founders Inc's "AI-Hardware Residency" program, culminating to a demo day presentation to 400+ attendees.-Accepted into Solaris AI-Community in Hayes Valley, San Francisco.-Tech Stack used until now: Swift, Objective-C, Flask server on Heroku, PostgreS, SQLite, JS (web app), OpenAI API. -Developed over 5 different MVPs/Prototypes that have been tested at my restaurants (Mimosa).CURRENT product:An AI assistant that keeps your staff aligned with daily reminders, powered by everything said about the restaurant online, its policies, and the manager.MVPs have included (in chronological order):1. AI-Powered Team Intercom: open-ear bluetooth headphones worn by every teammate, paired with proprietary iOS app linked to a server, which through LLM prompts understand the context of voice messages between teammates and routes said messages according to people's station and role. Also, translated to the preferred language of each user for more efficient communication.2. AI Manager's Companion: same open-ear headphone and iOS app, voice-to-voice AI assistant that would allow managers to take inventory only by voice and take notes and set reminders (recurring and singular) on the fly.3. Sidework Delegator: very simply import all "sidework" tasks that need to be completed at the beginning and end of shift, import the schedule of who is working and at what station/position, and through a combination of AI and parsing algorithm delegate all tasks in a fair/equitable way depending on how many people are scheduled and where they are positioned. Additionally allows for manager to keep track of who is/was responsible of any given task and whether it was completed.4. Bonus: Consumer-facing recommendation AI-chat-bot (voice or text) based on their preferences and past experiences.

-App-based tech company with the goal of enhancing the morning waking up process. First iteration is in the form of iOS mobile application that stimulates the brain via a music and game-playing. Role has been that of key innovator, developer, designer and all-around founder. -First alarm clock app to solve the problem of full execution after being placed in background mode.-Created music system that can algorithmically create hundreds of songs every day. Used C-based OpenAL framework for lag-less playback and mixing of multiple music tracks and background/gameplay effects. -Took major part in the composition, editing, production and structuring of the music, using Ableton Live and Apple Garageband. -Created machine-time-based sequencer for perfectly timed commands. -Created 100% original UI/UX. All designed from scratch in Adobe CS6. Used Apple SpriteKit to create engaging gaming experience for the user with extensive use of animations and tried game design techniques.-Created proprietary multi-layer time-checking mechanism to catch all possible errors that can prevent app from waking user up at set time (ex. Daylight Savings Time changes, traveling across time zones etc).

-Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Office. -Hired to transition the company from analog record-keeping to digital. -Utilized EMR/EHR technologies that complied with HIPAA standards. -Facilitated arbitration between doctors and insurance companies. -Installed, maintained, serviced computers and communication systems.
