I am daily involved with clients to find properties that meet their individualized needs. I am accountable for preparing property valuation and relevant presentations while building strong relationships with clients.

ROTA is an exhibition & Conference Company which organizes vertical events mainly at METROPOLITAN EXPO & EXPO ATHENS. My primary goal is to manage all events/exhibitions and relative activities effectively, efficiently and profitably. I have end to end accountability from analyzing customer requirements and organizing the events to resolving ad-hoc issues.Among Key responsibilities & deliverables:• Pro-actively get in contact with active, dormant and potential customers and close new deals• Actively involved in annual budget & business plans• Act as single point of contact for all exhibitors regarding operational issues• Design relative floor plans and lay outs• Coordinate all supporting teams for proper set-up of the agreed infrastructure • Negotiate and close deals with all external partners, constructors, technicians and public authorities• Give guidance and advise regarding promotional and marketing activities• Resolve all problems/complaints during the events

During this first year of my full time employment, I was exposed to all different functions of a fully organized HR Department thus enhancing my knowledge and experience in multiple administration activities.
