Main Responsibilities:> Supervise Data Center Operations and Cloud Operations Teams responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of server hardware and supporting infrastructure.> Coach, lead and provide technical direction to team members to meet goals.> Ensure high availability of enterprise voice, Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.> Responsible for delivery of services from the data center and Cloud Infrastructure, and for ensuring operational delivery through collaboration and partnership with both remote and local peer organizations.> Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.> Assist in resolving emergencies, such as customer problems that might be escalated to the team supervisor for handling.> Schedule and coordinate data center and Cloud Infrastructure maintenance activities including routine maintenance and patching> Responsible for long-term Infrastructure planning, budget planning, customer service level agreements (SLAs), service definitions, and system lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:> Maintain and configure main IT Infrastructure services such as:o Exchange / Active Directory / DNS / DHCPo Mobile Device Management (VMware Airwatch/Workspace ONE)o Backup Infrastructure (NetBackup)> Design the Windows environment; Perform system administration, installation, problem isolation, and resolution on Windows and Active Directory systems.> Deploy, maintain and manage Windows systems in the VMware environment; Perform capacity planning for Windows, Windows applications and Active Directory systems and services.> Anticipate growth demands and responds with action plans accordingly.> Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
