As European COO for UBS F&O, she collaborated to deliver the ABN acquisition & its integration. In parallel to her finance career, Alison built a coaching practice and wellness business called, Inside Out Retreats, serving executives & private individuals going through evolutionary change. She developed training programs and an intuition-based coaching practice that achieves results by working with leaders from the 'inside out'. In 2018, Alison and her husband launched "IBULIEVE", a series of podcasts and short-form documentaries about the power of beliefs in defining our lives and our outcomes. Alison co-hosts, co-directs, films and produces original content in partnership with her husband.
