I run an advisory firm focused on helping senior managers make, and implement, strategic decisions. This can range from stepping into interim roles to more focused board advisory. I am excited about diversity on boards, and bring my unique perspective to bear.I am deeply focused on leadership development, training & development and workshop design for professionals. This includes visiting faculty roles at academic institutions, standalone corporate workshops, and 1-on-1 leadership advisory and coaching. I was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and most recently led the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice in Southeast Asia. My work ranged across functional topics from strategy to marketing and sales. I particularly focused on two areas: 1) strategy implementation, including operations and capability building and 2) advanced analytics. At McKinsey, I worked across ASEAN, Singapore and other emerging markets, primarily in the retail, consumer goods and hospitality sectors. I served retailers across categories (grocery, e-commerce, department stores, malls). I studied food value chains and loyalty/ personalisation. I also led client engagements in the internet businesses, telecommunications and high tech sectors. I led Diversity & Inclusion for McKinsey Asia as well as the Firm's LGBTQIA+ network. I am a passionate advocate for D&I and Allyship, and coach and mentor several young LGBTQIA+ professionals.
