As a Clinical Assistant I am responsible for basic patient care, phlebotomy, vitals, EKG's, patient transport, CPR, splinting, glucose checks, wound care, supply stocking, basic bedside procedures, ambulation and bedside sterile procedure setups. As a Clinical Assistant i am also part of the Trauma team and the Code 99 team.

As a Critical Care Technician in the Intensive Care Unit, i was given the pleasure of working with many talented individuals. During this time i was trained in Phlebotomy, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, patient care, vital signs, EKG's, basic pre/post operative care, basic pre/post cardiac surgery/procedure care, glucose checks, post-mortem care, bedside procedure assistance, dressing changes, TEAM STEPPS, Lift by Exception and Physician order entry.
