As the software Manager for SpiderCentro I am responsible for much more than coding, ranging from the design stage, to testing and development, to maintenance and documenting the finished product. My Job is also a unique form of management as the software engineer manager helps direct a team of engineers at every step in the development process. I need to be organized, skilled at managing people, and must enable those that write code to do their job most efficiently. I am also responsible for or assist with hiring software developers, creating software specifications,handling customer presentations, attending meetings , and other management details.
