After 25 yrs growing CAPTRUST from a small idea into a national powerhouse, the time was right to fulfill a lifelong ambition: to coach youth soccer.  Soccer is on the fast track to becoming the heartbeat of the land.  With over 10,000 clubs in the country, it is an exciting time to be involved in promoting, growing, and nurturing the sport and its players.  We know youth soccer clubs and coaching can be improved.  I am excited to be at this nexus.Professionally:I see the forest from the trees - I am a strategic thinker.I am a chess grandmaster – I see multiple steps ahead.I love the 1.0 version – I dream up ideas and bring them to life.I charge the beach – I don’t believe in “can’t be done”.I am Pep Guardiola – I manage, build, and shape winning teams to perform.Personally:  I am keenly interested in the business model of youth soccer clubs - small businesses ripe for transformation.I am open to connecting, especially regarding soccer, or other small business ideas.
