I am a dedicated individual who has a genuine interest in helping others. Starting in my early college days and beyond, I have volunteered hundreds of hours working with community groups, food banks, homeless shelters, tutoring for elementary/middle schools, and assisting in disaster relief around the country. I am adamant about the betterment of others, but also share that same dedication in my professional endeavors as well. I am always on a mission for new ways to use my employment in a manner that enables the use of my socially engaging personality and interpersonal skills to aid in the company's success. Which, in turn, ultimately helps the end user. I have a strong track record in all of my previous work experiences, as I have never held a job without obtaining a promotion and/or additional duties across departments. I would attribute this to having a strong desire to learn new technical skills required for the tasks placed in front of me. Helping to facilitate an environment which delivers exceptional service and/or products in a fast-paced work place is precisely the approach I bring to the table. I have a knack for maintaining excellent customer relations and service through thick and thin. From being responsible for all aspects of a national company's multi-state region, to juggling dozens of technical aspects for a FSM software company's accounts, my experiences leave me no reason to suspect I won't continue to properly adapt in an ever changing social and technological world.
