Sr. Principal Software Architect
Current• Performs complex product development, system analysis and programming which may require some research.• Performs technical design, implementation, and maintenance of complex, multiple product modules/sub-systems.• Performs complex bug verification, QA and product support including customer case resolution.• May assist in performing customer support on complex applications.• Leads activities related in ensuring high quality product such as code review, root cause analysis, impact analysis, unit testing, integration testing for functionality and limits.• Prepares technical presentation, materials or documents and conducts demo as the need arises.• Performs and Leads the necessary activities related to the software development methodology being adopted by the group.• Recommend and Implement process improvement initiatives on status quo.• Able to use the tools necessary to perform the job or as required by Deltek.• Participates in product design and Leads development meetings.• Performs complex project management and tracking, providing regular updates to different stakeholders.• Lead Innovation activities such as research on new technology or development tools.• Function as an SME or Team Lead who can handle cross-functional team projects. Acts as Mentor who provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentee.• In absence of product architects, may serve as a product architect.
