• Assist with the development of new or improved formulations• Perform QC check on incoming raw material through trial blending• Provide training to lab technician and intern• Maintain good housekeeping of chemicals, laboratory and equipment• Ensure proper disposal of acid and waste after use• Perform calibration and verification of equipment in the laboratory• Monitor laboratory consumable inventory level and replenish when necessary • Generate PO using SAP HANA for purchase of solvents and gas cylinder• Conduct lab analysis/retest, generate report and follow up on customers’ complaints• Assist in generate SOP for explosive precursors in lab• Generate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Product Data Sheet (PDS) for company’s product• Maintain systematic documentation practice in compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements. • Involve in renewal application of NEA license• Involve in application of Hazardous Substance (HS) Permit and License

• Perform routine lab testing on sample oils• Ensure the test results meet the sample specification.• Compile test results into raw datasheet• Generate COA according to the data collected• Perform sample oil blending requested by customers• Conduct laboratory test as directed by chemist• Receive, label and store raw materials and production samples in accordance with laboratory SOPs

 Conducted mobile phase preparation and sample preparation for assay and related substance (RS) testing upon samples and products Set up method and sequence in assay or RS of sample and products in Agilent 1200 Series HPLC System Hands-on experience in analytical instruments such as HPLC, dissolution tester, UV-Vis, Viscometer, pH meter etc. Compiled testing details and data in proper manner
