As a dedicated Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEI) Facilitator at One Step at a Time LLC, I am passionate about driving positive change and fostering inclusive environments. With a commitment to equity and a belief in the power of diversity, I specialize in providing dynamic and engaging EDI training for our diverse range of clients.

In my current role, I impart knowledge in facilitating effective meetings, strategic planning, the trust advantage, 360 degree leadership, and time management courses at the university. Additionally, I serve as an instructor at UW-T Professional Development Center, where I played a key role in co-developing the Leadership Essentials program. This comprehensive program comprises certification courses I facilitate such as Mastering Leadership.

Experiential education provides opportunities for students to apply their knowledge, take new risks, and live the school’s mission. Each year there are approximately 40 projects offering a wide variety of activities in the arts, sciences, service and outdoors. Such courses provide an opportunity for growth, improved self-confidence, learning, and of course fun. It is my responsibility to oversee all projects, facilitate faculty and staff involvement, as well as hold the vision that education does not only take place in the classroom.
