From Self Employed to County Employee, what a change; and I LOVE it! Working in the Assessors office within the Appraiser Role, I have found stability, and benefits I never knew existed, who knew paid days off were a thing and weekends off?! Wow! I love this 'real job' stuff. Self employment was an incredibly freeing experience, so I have maintained the Certified FHA Approved Real Estate Appraiser status, but love this stability! I am now looking to relocate, taking the county assessors experience with me. I'm thinking east coast? Loving the Rochester area, so watch our New York this gals looking for a new home!
