Develop and manage project plans to include information on objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, delivery schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project personnel and organizational stakeholders to identify/resolve issues, and manage project execution according to scope of work, timeline, budget and resource requirements.•Led a Salesforce CRM enhancement project to migrate sales users to the new Lightning user interface. Partnered with Cloud Operations team to configure/optimize sales work spaces in the new user interface.•Served as lead program manager for a sales optimization initiative with the goal to strengthen the value proposition to service providers and enable flexibility in fulfilling sales contracts. Led the team to develop program plans, manage dependencies, and identify issues/risks for the overall purpose of selecting and designing a Quote to Cash solution. Set up early implementation plans with an implementation partner and kicked off initial sprints of work using Agile Scrum approach. •Served as a support project manager to capture and refine business requirements with stakeholders, and to contribute to test strategy creation, for a sales pilot project that established a new call center in Phoenix, AZ. The goal was to engage western U.S. service providers in advertising opportunities. Our continuous improvement team successfully completed the work that generated ad contract value of $394K in 2nd half 2016.

Led and managed the new business development and set up process at SLD. Strong experience in collaborating with SLD, adidas and Reebok brand business units to plan and implement new business processes that deliver improved efficiencies and new revenue opportunities.Also coordinated with various SLD business units on strategic business projects that met business needs, solved problems and delivered impactful results.

Led and managed the apparel samples department with the overall goal to deliver dynamic apparel samples to the SLD sales force in support of sales growth targets. Managed a staff of seven employees with responsibility to enter sample orders, manage sample inventory, manufacture sample products with screen print and embroidery techniques, and distribute final sample orders to sales and licensed partners.Led and managed the digital imagery department with the overall goal of creating and delivering SLD product imagery to licensed customers in support of their e-commerce sales efforts. Managed a staff of two employees with responsibility to receive and prepare customer image orders, coordinate with a 3rd party vendor for image production, and deliver images to licensed customers using a custom DAM and order fulfillment tool. This group managed approximately 250,000 image transactions per year, and oversaw creation of approximately 60,000 new product images per year.
