Navigating the intricate web of compliance, awareness, data security, EPR credits, and more, I orchestrate our team to ensure full CPCB norms compliance, from planning and inspection to recycling and the issuance of Certificates of Destruction.I tackle challenges head-on, from building and nurturing relationships with downstream vendors, resellers, and retail customers to navigating the dynamic world of online auctions. I spearhead data-driven sales and marketing campaigns that have led to a remarkable increase in market share, topline, and bottom-line growth. Establishing and nurturing key client relationships is not just a task—it's a commitment to long-term partnerships and unwavering customer satisfaction.Creating impactful marketing collaterals and the establishment of a robust social media presence to drive community engagement and corporate partnerships. As the architect of a brand-new website, I implement SEO strategies to drive inbound sales traffic, crafting a healthy sales funnel that mirrors our commitment to responsible e-waste disposal practices.
