As both lead vocalist and manager of two separate entities, I have discovered how important remaining teachable is to leadership. Everytime I conquer a new obstacle, a new one is presented and I love it! One of my goals here is to meet and greet other professionals who have either conquered or are currently working on similiar challenges I come across. I also feel I have many ideas, skills, or suggestions to offer to others as well. My professional (and personal) philosophy is unity. I have many strengths, I also have weaknesses. I am absolutely not afraid to reach out. I reach out to help and I reach out when I need help. I do this because I love my jobs. I am an asset to both establishments and both are assets to me!
