Commercial, Hardware and Indirect Trade businesses represent over $300mm Net sales and cover a very large spectrum of accounts (+130) , with specific go-to-market strategies. • Analyze customer’s financial drivers to the business(COGS, Trade Spend, Margin, key financial KPIs)• Provide insights to sales plans, promotions, ROI & programs that align with the Customers’ strategies & Colgate’s.• Stay current and aware of all competitive merchandising strategies, pricing, promotions, and spending levels• Managing the development, integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the budget, LE, and P&L• Align team reporting & documentation with corporate policies and strategies.• Monitor third-party trade investment clearing process, ensuring timely resolution of all Customer deductions

• Build, as per the corporate timeline, assigned budgets/LE's for all domestic warehousing locations• Perform month end/quarter end/year end closing process with accurate, timely reporting • Facilitate and review all necessary inventory SOX compliance testing • Create and provide financial reports, dashboards and KPIs that better illustrate opportunities for growth, cost savings or efficiencies

• Maintained Standard Costs, Subsidiary Transfer Pricing and Export Pricing for all international regions• Month end/quarter end/year end closing procedures for international Subsidiaries• Monthly entry and reconciliation of all Non-SAP Subsidiaries• Coordinate material purchases to maintain inventory levels and carry out orders of promotional materials for international regions using EBUY and Midwest Single Source• Process Inter-company reconciliations each month end and work with regions to clear up outstanding issues• Perform the SOX Design & Effectiveness reviews for Brazil Corporate Governance & Financial Closing
