Due to an unfortunate turn of events, my restaurant of 8 years was sold leaving myself and many others unemployed. Although I was aware of this legitimacy, the amount of time I was employed there and the close relationships I had formed with both staff and patrons, I could not fathom leaving my staff stranded before the ending date. I took care of all managing, scheduling, ordering, training, payroll, inventories, special parties or BEO's booked, gaming numbers, etc...for the company for many years and am looking for something that I will love and respect as much as I did with this employer and staff as obviously I do not like to leave jobs frequently.
