I own the end to end responsibility for managing the successful deployment of the BTB Boost Product launch – leading the implementation of this capability across the Commercial, Product Line, Project, and Operational teams, working with BTB and Supplier directorates to identify, lead and resolve key capability issues. I work across LoB’s to identify key opportunities / capabilities and issues, leading resolution of these for BTB Boost, frequently working across BTr product line, commercials and finance, change management and operational teams to agree collaborative, workable solutions to satisfy the multiple project stakeholders. I lead the product supplier relationship with OR – lead engagement, representation and key activities required to ensure continued successful progression of the Boost capability. I also lead the capabilities roadmap – engaging with the design and transformation teams across BTB and our supplier’s transformation teams to drive the evolution of the support solutions for our operational organisation.Key activities include addressing key service, commercial, organisational, and systems issues across customer and supplier boundaries, through senior stakeholders and operational agents. Managing virtual teams across organisations to resolve, communicate and ultimately achieve launch of the Boost capability.

I led a team of 25+ line and matrix resources, and supplier teams to deliver a complex corporate VOIP leading edge solution. I initiated, designed, and executed the programme structure, implementing project management excellence methodologies and practices for all programme deliverables. I lead the programme for supplier negotiations, and matrix teams across multiple business lines to deliver products and services. I was responsible for the end to end roadmap, programme deliveries, service availability, and transformation of the products and services for BT Design. I proactively lead a team of project, platform, in-life and transformation specialists to deliver BT Design solutions for our GS customers, enabling contribution to the £440m revenue generated from the IPCC and ICM VOIP product solutions.
