Support Chassis/Powertrain and Exterior SMTs to meet SMT Targets specified on Vehicle Engineering Scorecard. Perform systemic issue analysis when performance is not achieving targets.Develop monthly SMT metric performance presentation and present to SMT Executive leadership.Support metric key leads in developing monthly performance presentations, analyze data, and perform systemic issue analysis for the following Vehicle Engineering Scorecard metrics:- Warranty Cost Per Vehicle- Cumulative Incidents Per Vehicle (CIPV) - JD Power- Part Reuse/Bill Of Materials Non-Compliance- Program Status System Assessment- Production Material Cost Reduction- Statement Of RequirementsMaintain 2004 Vehicle Engineering Scorecard

Manage business operations for Vehicle Chief Program Team.Responsible to manage Program Execution Requirements and status VDP Deliverables, Timing, Imperatives, Benchmarks, and Freeze PointsMonitor Program Status System (PSS) deliverables for timely program execution and completion.Monitor and facilitate attainment of material budget requirements and approved build counts.Monitor budget contingencies and expected increases and decrease at SMT level for program engineering budget.Maintain integrity and validity between Planned Program Content, EPN, Workload Model, PCS content and Bill of Material. Monitor EPNs to achieve on time “E” Status.Monitor continuous improvement/issue closure by PRTS/PIMREP systems. Facilitate monthly issue reviews with VCE, PEM, and necessary issue representatives.Develop agendas for the VAPIR and PSR meetings.

Manage Lean Engineering elements – Risk Management, Timing, Imperatives, MassLead the platform in establishing business process and procedures to support platform mission and objectives.Manage platform business issues.Platform Disaster Recovery Team Representative – Coordinate Risk Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Minimum Requirements, Assessment of Functions, and GMT315/316/318 Program Vehicle Systems Disaster Recovery Plans.PC Administration – Identify hardware/software requirements, monitor usage to full potential, process and authorize equipment requests, work with IS&S for PC and system upgrades.Program Resource Tracking – Workload tracking for each program through the Work Load Model, maintain resource planning detail, program and workload model charts, and track resources to budget. Maintain agendas and facilitate VAPIR meetings.Support Continuous Improvement Process via PIMREP system – Create/manage the Saturn Vue Issue Resolution Sanctioning Process (IRSP), resolve issues concerning ISRP and PIMREP Implementation, facilitate weekly PIMREP Implementation meetings, maintain open issues list, authorize PIMREP system access for Vue platform.Support program personnel – Authorize team member LAN ID and password requests, manage seating/workstation requirements, authorize and process phone/VME and other facilities requests.
