I have earned dual MPA and MSW degrees at Arizona State University and gained extensive expertise in HUD and housing regulations as CEO of a property management company.You will find I am recognized as a catalyst for positive change, turning around underperforming organizations to achieve sustainable success by building and leveraging the strengths of the board of directors and volunteer teams; discovering and securing new, substantial revenue streams; cultivating community and government relationships; and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary groups.Through honest, transparent communication with senior-level management, public officials, members of boards of directors, business leaders, and program participants/clients representing diverse cultural backgrounds, I actuate the mission, vision, and strategic direction of the nonprofit organization.
