Entryway offers an innovative approach to assist a growing population of situationally homeless individuals in our country by leveraging existing resources within the trillion multifamily industry.Entryway offers both employment and housing simultaneously through our network of property management partners. We believe by providing employment with a living wage, benefits, and housing through our industry partners, as well as access to career-advancing training, we put participants in an environment to be successful for the long term. We are opening the door for individuals to change the trajectory of their life and the lives of their children.📌 What Drives Me:I am drawn to alleviate the vast need within underserved and marginalized populations. I strive to improve the quality of life for these vulnerable individuals. Empowering them to reenter society, get jobs, and secure housing. So often they have been told they can’t, so I champion their strengths and opportunities to reclaim their identities and become productive members of the community.
