Licensed P&C, Life Insurance and Health Producer

I was responsible for marketing and selling life insurance, annuities, and other insurance-related products offered through AAA ACG Insurance agency to members and non-members, focusing on out-of-office sales activities.  I develop leads and prospect new accounts through various marketing activities (mailings, referrals, networking, website, sales.com, seminars, etc.)  for the purpose of conducting fact finding interviews to determine needs for coverage. Prepare proposals, and conduct closing interviews for Life and Annuity sales.  I completed appropriate applications and forms and followed internal processing procedures to ensure transactions were handled in accordance with company policies and practices.   Assisted Underwriting and Brokerage Departments in satisfying requirements.  Responded to customer inquiries and problems and ensures sound-sales practices are used.  Prepared reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and maintains specified production standards and persistency levels for Life and Annuity sales.  My position was primarily responsible for making outside sales and is actively involved in the community, promoting the AAA Club as the expert and provider of choice for insurance and financial services.

Sells supplement insurance and recruitment. I was to go-to benefit-solutions partner for businesses in my community.  As an Aflac associate, I was a strategic advisor to companies and their employees. My role consisted of helping business owners figure out the best way to insure employees and guiding individuals to choose the best benefits options.I also had innovative tools to help grow businesses. I used Everwell which is a web-based enrollment platform designed to enable me to sell Aflac products, as well as major medical and other ancillary benefits from my partner carriers.I worked with a Winning Team!I worked alongside a group of bright, energetic people who were motivated to help me succeed. For 20 years, Aflac has actively supported the fight against childhood cancer, and has raised over $100 million to support the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. I helped the Agency achieve it goals in helping others in need.

As postmaster, I led all aspects of the operation of a United States Post Office. The specific duties included operations, administration, management and support tasks. As Postmaster, I trained postal employees; handle customer transactions like selling postage or money orders or collecting post office box rent; supervise mail carriers.My responsibilities as Postmaster typically included management of a centralized mail distribution facility, establishment of letter carrier routes, supervision of letter carriers and clerks, and enforcement of the organization's rules and procedures, processing; and explaining post office regulations to customers.
