As a Third Generation Realtor, April led an award winning team to become top 5% in the Nation with ReMax Elite before leaving to join the revolutionary Agent/Owner Cloud Brokerage known as exp Realty. Old Hickory, Lakewood Tn- Davidson County

In the small, satellite City of Lakewood (which has since been absorbed by Davidson County), April was elected as Vice Mayor to carry out the wishes and direction of its citizens. While serving, she initiated a 501c3 Not for Profit known as the "Friends of Lakewood" which allowed children to receive food, clothing and necessities in the Old Hickory area through the generosity of donors. April also contributed her (entire) salary to The Friends of Lakewood during her time serving as Vice Mayor. Achievements:- Elected by the City Council to the Planning and Zoning Board of Lakewood, TN- Speerheaded multiple community events to include: - Lakewood's 50th Anniversary Celebration - Annual Christmas Toy Drive - Earth Day

During her 20+ years on the road, April saw many career highlights, to include being inducted into the Sammie Songwriter Hall of Fame with multiple #1 Indie hits in over 17 countries. She and her band, The Texas Rangers, were in high demand and headlined at over a dozen top Casino's in Vegas, Reno and Tahoe for many years as well as hundreds of major fairs, festivals, Corporate events and private weddings with Hollywood Actors on the West Coast.
