At Summerlin hospital I initiated increasing quality measures, managed over 150 direct reports. During my employment there reduced nurse turnover, increased births by 100 births a month. My term at MountainView hospital I managed approximately 80 direct reports. While managing a growing team and actively increasing births from 225 to275 a month over the last few months. I also increased the employment engagement scores 25 percent while managing the department. My first career choice was Northside Hospital with several years of experience in a fast-paced labor and delivery department setting, delivering high quality care to patients. Aiming to use my nursing knowledge and clinical skills as well as critical thinking abilities to satisfy my passion for providing quality care and education to patients. I worked in all aspects of Women’s health from Mother baby dept, high risk perinatal, operating room, and labor and delivery. The experience there was like no other as it is the number 1 labor and delivery in the nation with over 23000 births a year!
