Administrative support to the Director of Information Technology as well as the Chief Auditor and Comptroller. Supported a staff of over 22 persons, including a field office out-of-state. Successfully proofed all outgoing checks for both expenses and vendors for International Organization (both US and Canada) in excess of 200+ per day, ranging in the hundred-thousand dollar range. Successfully Handled vendor accounts for IT as well as Credit Card reconciliation and expenses.

Assistant to the Director of Training for the HR Department. Successfully managed over 250 multi-level managers in conjunction with training initiatives. Designed, edited and created training manuals in accordance with company policies. Press Releases, Meeting Planning/Calendars, as well as assisting with Risk Management and Loss Prevention departments.

Responsible for contacting patients to coordinate specialty care, including Mental Health Services, Cardiology, Orthopedic, Radiology, Speech Pathology, Ophthalmology, DME, Rheumatology and Breast Care Clinics. Worked with physicians and other healthcare providers by serving as a liaison in ensuring that patient's consults are approved by health insurance and scheduled in a timely matter to ensure that specialty care is expedited. I was responsible for approximately 400-500 patients per month between various clinics.

I served as the liason between the Design Team and our Cliente. This position was one of high-stress and relied heavily on communication and organization to ensure that multiple projects were collaborated, evaluated and kept on schedule. I was heavily involved with editing and proof-reading. This was a deadline driven position.
