Developed deliverables from conceptual design through construction document phase. Provided design development services, explored space planning and layout options through test fits, and utilized skills in generating construction details. On multiple projects, performed a broad variety of technical and design tasks ranging from site surveying and documenting of existing conditions, converting information to working drawings, incorporating design and technical changes, and onward to contract documents and submittals. Worked with the BIM Coordinator and technical teams to roll out the integration of BIM (Revit) into the office workflow standards. The coordinated effort entailed translation of project 3D design elements of current projects (SketchUp & AutoCAD) for the purposes of migrating the Design Development and Construction Documents to a BIM environment.

Worked as a temporary contractor performing a broad variety of design tasks ranging from test fits to construction documents. Worked on six AIG projects simultaneously. Project locations were in Toronto, Boston, and four locations within New York City. Incorporated design and technical revisions. Assured that construction documents adhered to the office and firm-wide standards, and provided technical solutions to design dilemmas. Was involved in the selection of finishes and producing finish boards. Compiled a complete interior standards summary for the United States AIG locations as well as Europe, Asia, and South America. Attended and ran meetings with AIG client to assist the senior designer. All projects were entirely produced in Revit.

Architectural Designer on the Red Line team to design an underground local transit light rail and streetscape in Tel Aviv, Israel. My role was to develop the 9th of 10 stations. Produced graphics, conceptual design and presentation material. Managed prototypical updates from weekly meetings with Tel Aviv and Toronto teams while ensuring that the revisions conformed to the station and its surrounding context as well as design work for the light rail station.
