• Work with Third Party Administrators, Operations and the central billing office to ensure account management• Account management consisting of new client set ups, update to existing clients, correcting billing errors & acquiring contracted rates for service requested• Telephonic communication with clients to show availability of one on one interaction• Data management using the Centralized Customer Management data entry system• Daily use of CRM, OccuSource and ChartSource for account tracking• Timely response to incoming customer calls as part of a 5 day turn around time• Communication of client feedback to appropriate discipline(s) within the company for follow up and resolution• Continuous education in the basic understanding of the occupational healthcare field to include regulatory compliance issues.
