National Account Manager
Current- Work with Third Party Administrators, Operations and the central billing office to ensure account management
- Account management consisting of new client set ups, update to existing clients, correcting billing errors & acquiring contracted rates for service requested
- Telephonic communication with clients to show availability of one on one interaction
- Data management using the Centralized Customer Management data entry system
- Daily use of CRM, OccuSource and ChartSource for account tracking
- Timely response to incoming customer calls as part of a 5 day turn around time
