Floor charge Nurse, Direct resident now. Now I am the 1st Floor Supervisor or RCC at the Praire Hills location.

Provide direct patient care of the neurologic patient; core includes vital signs, answering phones, administering injections, assisting in the set up of office procedures, filling out forms, obtaining pre-certification of MRI”S and other tests, ordering supplies, stocking rooms, maintain detailed and accurate records on each patient, suggest nursing care for patients as appropriate, coordinating nursing services with other patient care services, inform physicians of pertinent care information, obtain approval from insurance companies for medications.

Telephone Triage, Check in, Check out, Provide direct patient care of pediatric patients; care includes physical and disease process assessments, setting up for office procedures, administering medications, applying or changing dressings, calling patients/parents with lab results, administering nebulizer treatments, hearing and vision screening, ear lavage, ordering supplies, stocking rooms, maintain detailed and accurate records on each patient, suggest nursing care for patients as appropriate, coordinating nursing services with other patient care services, inform physicians of pertinent care information, obtain approval from insurance companies for medications.
