Responsible for providing and teaching students enrolled at Northern Kentucky University family centered care, properly teaching students the care of a pediatric patient, their diagnosis, and their medications, help students learn how to critically think in a stressful and unfamiliar situation, all skills and care is evidenced based.

Plans for the implementation of workplace learning and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Leads in the assessment and evaluation of learning within departments. Incorporates an understanding of cross functional needs and leadership expectations in the development of plans, solutions and processes to support learning and performance. Applies advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and interfaces with department leaders to identify and minimize performance gaps. Serves as a coaching resource to other department based learning and performance practitioners to facilitate the implementation of change initiatives.
